Dividend Policy
The industry environment to which our company belongs is highly dynamic, and our business is currently in a stable growth phase of its life cycle. In considering our future capital expenditure budget and funding needs, we are evaluating the necessity of using earnings to meet these financial requirements. This assessment will guide us in determining the amount of earnings to retain or distribute and the amount of cash dividends to be distributed to shareholders.
