(1)The implementation is according to article 11 of ”Procedures for Issuance and Conversion of the 4th Domestic Unsecured Convertible Bonds” of Merry Corporation.
(2)To align with the record date of ex-dividend of Merry Corporation, the price of 4th domestic unsecured convertible bonds was adjusted to NTD122.4 since September 3, 2026 after calculation based on the aforesaid procedure.
(3)If the payout ratio is affected by changes to shares of stock issued resulted from domestic unsecured convertible bond, stock repurchase, issuance of restricted stocks to employees or other factors, there will be further notice.
