Promotion channels:

Based on the growth of corporate and personal career plan, employees can have the opportunities to do what they are good at. Moreover, jobs are categorized into 3 areas: management, technology, and staffing jobs. 

Job rotation and experiential learning:

The job rotation scheme provides employee with opportunities to expose to different work competencies and workplaces (domestic or overseas) for employees to learn different competencies through experiential learning in different jobs.

Performance evaluation and self-challenge:

At the beginning and in the middle of each year, personal performance targets are set based on the company's annual targets and department targets. Objective performance assessments are implemented afterwards for the reference of promotion, raise, performance bonus, reward, employee development and training.
